+ How to Apply for Food Stamps
Call the family health hotline at 800-322-2588. Bilingual staff speak Spanish. Other languages are served using interpreters. Hours of operation: Monday - Thursday from 8 am to 5:30 pm, and Fri. 8 am-5 pm.

+ Sea Mar WIC & Nutrition Program
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides monthly checks for healthy food, health screenings and referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support. Getting WIC will not affect your immigration status.
